富山県舟橋村トヤマケンフナハシムラ

天然記念物・カモシカお気に入りの図書館

富山地方鉄道越中舟橋駅に併設された村立図書館は、北陸初、全国で8番目の「駅の図書館」として誕生しました。
平成20年7月3日、開館10周年記念イベントをしていたとき、天然記念物・カモシカが自ら自動ドアを開けてやってきた事件をきっかけに、「カモシカ図書館」の愛称で多くの方に愛されています。

こどもたちがつくる公園・オレンジパーク

舟橋村では、小学生数名を「こども公園部長」「KKB48」に任命し、子どもたちの手でつくる公園づくりを進めています。子どもたちが目指すのは、来た人同士が「いつの間にか仲良くなっちゃう公園」。自分たちで考え、相談しながら夢の公園の設計図を描き、イベントを開催し、資金も集める…そんな新しい公園づくりに挑戦しています。

歴史ゾーン、無量寺・竹内天神堂古墳

越中舟橋駅の駅前には、県の有形文化財に指定されている阿弥陀如来立像が安置された無量寺、そして富山平野東部を支配した最初の首長の古墳である竹内天神堂古墳があり、これらを巡ることで、だれでも地域の歴史や文化に触れることのできるエリアとなっています。無量寺の前には蓮畑が広がっており、夏には大輪の花が咲き誇ります。

Introduction of Funahashi Village

　舟橋村（ふなはしむら）は、富山県のほぼ中心部に位置する北陸で唯一の村、そして面積が約3.47km２と日本一小さな自治体です。
Funahashi Village is the only village in Hokuriku located in the center of Toyama. Prefecture and the smallest municipality in Japan with an area of about 3.47 km2.

明治22年の市制・町村制の施行以来、一度も合併をしていない全国で数少ない自治体の一つでもあります。
It is one of the rare municipalities that have never been merged since the enforcement of organization of municipalities in 1889.

　主な産業は農業で、雄大な立山連峰からの伏流水と肥沃な土壌を活かし、主にコシヒカリが生産されています。

The main industry is agriculture.Taking advantage of subsoil water from the majestic Tateyama Mountain and fertiloe soil,Koshihikari rice is mainly producted in the area.

　村内どこからでも雄大な立山連峰を一望でき、四季折々に豊かな表情を見せる自然環境、そして県都富山市へのアクセスの良さを背景に、平成に入ってからは富山市のベッドタウンとして村の人口は倍増、3,000人を突破しています。
In this village, you can see the magnificent Tateyama Mountain Range and observe the changing seasons from every corner while having easy access to Toyama City, the prefectural capital.For these reasons, the population of the village has doubled, serving　as a bedroom town for Toyama City since the Heisei era, exceeding 3,000 people.

平成17年国勢調査では人口増加率が24.2％と全国第2位に、平成22年国勢調査では年少人口割合（14歳以下の子どもの割合）が21.8％と全国１位にもなっています。
In the 2005 census, the population growth rate was 24.2％,ranking second in the country, and in the 2010 census, the proportion of young population was 21.8％,ranking first in the country.

　近年では、地方創生「子育て共助のまちづくり」に挑戦。民間企業の皆さんとCSV（Creating Shared Value）によるまちづくりを推進しており、中でも、公園で行われている「園むすびプロジェクト」の取り組みは、（一社）日本公園緑地協会が主催する第34回都市公園等コンクールにて最高賞である国土交通大臣賞を受賞するなど、全国から多くの方に注目いただいています。
We have taken on the challenge of “building a community for mutual support　in raising children” for local development. and we are promoting community development through CSV with the private sector. Among these efforts, the "En Musubi Project" that has been carried out in the park will receive the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award at the 34th Urban Park Competition sponsored by the Japan Park and Green Space Association. It has attracted the attention of many people from all over the country.
